Welcome to Redlike!
It might seem difficult to work with Redlike at first. In this manual, we aim to help you with the beginnings and soon you will see that Redlike is truly simple to handle!
When you open Redlike for the very first time, this is the welcoming home page to greet you:
The Bottom Part
First, we will describe the bottom part of the screen:
- at the bottom of the page, there is information about:
- your current version of Redlike
- after clicking on it, you can see the history of development (changelog) of the software
- your current version of Redlike

- the machine panel
- shows the action being performed by the machine at the moment
- possible to click on it to minimise or maximise the information window
- the machine panel

- active database
- if there are more databases present, they can be switched by clicking on the name of the database (more to databases)

- the user (such as user, admin, etc)
- you can switch the user role by clicking on the blue field (in this case “user) – then you need to insert the correct username and password

- and the possibility to log out (another posibility to change the user role).
The Upper Part
The upper part of the page looks like this:
It contains:
- the menu bar which reveals the full left menu with all Redlike options
- to close the menu again, click on the back arrow in the left top corner
- tabs whereas the first tab always directs to Favourites (the star symbol in the very left),
- initially, you can only open 5 Formula tabs but this feature can be set in environment settings
- the quick access menu (navigation items can be customised in the environment settings –> navigation items)
- only 6 of these items can be displayed simultaneously (help does not count as it cannot be removed – but it can be customised when logged in as admin)
- you can also set the order of these navigation items:
- customers enables to work with customers (adding, editing, deleting)
- statistic shortcut to statistics where one can see and dispense from history based on date, products, customers, etc.
- spectro enables to work with connected spectro devices
- canisters redirect you to filling page where canisters and their filling can be managed
- quick tint allows to print your own formula quickly
- my orders opens list of formulas which were sent to another computer to be dispensed
- help shows you the phone number and email address to our support team which you can contact Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm or it can contain any information to your support department
- custom formula serves to access the work with own formulas (not originally in the database)
- to dispense are received orders which are ready to be dispensed
- canister level opens canister filling window
- machine reset performs the machine action and resets the whole machine
- purge let’s you choose channels to be purged (all can be selected), the volume is also settable here
- stir allows to choose the stirring speed, time and channels to perform the action of stirring
- canister barcodes lets you browse and edit the barcodes
- quick search function
- searches through formulas, products, and fandecks
- it is required to type at least 3 characters of the title (of a formula, product or fandeck) to start the search
- it is possible to fill in all of those three criteria to find the correct result
- always type from the beginning of the word you want to find
- options to work with the tabs quickly
- change the current tab
- close active tab/close all tabs/close all tabs except the active one
